Shipping

All in stock items are shipped via UPS ground within 3-5 business days from order being placed and clearance of payment. If an item is not in stock, we will email backorder notification with an expected ship date and the option will be given to keep item on backorder or to have payment refunded. Our regular shipping rates are UPS ground to the lower 48 US states only. Rush processing and/or shipping is available at an extra cost. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at an additional cost. For shipments to Canada, customer is responsible for all taxes, customs and brokerage fees.

Returns/Exchanges

No returns or will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please email returns@blazerboutique.com to request an RA#. Returns will only be accepted if received within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping for returns. All refunds will be made via the same method payment was made. To exchange items, follow instructions for returns and then place a new order for replacement items.

All returns must, without exception, be received clean, unworn, undamaged, with all tags still attached and otherwise in such condition that would qualify for sale as new. Any product not deemed by us to be in resale condition will not be accepted for refund. Customer will be responsible for return shipping if applicable.

We recommend all items should be shipped to us via UPS or FedEx. While customer has the the option to ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), we will not be held accountable for orders shipped via USPS, if we do not show it has been received by our warehouse - even if USPS tracking shows as delivered.
